When trying to install C985 Live Gamer HD (Lite) on my X399 gaming motherboard the system won’t boot into BIOS. Is there any compatibility issue I should be aware of?

Please note: C985 Live Gamer HD (Lite) is not compatible* with X399 gaming motherboards.

*Some of our users reported that having installed Live Gamer HD card on PCI-E slot of X399 motherboard the system won’t even boot into BIOS, while others reported that system freezes during driver installation. AMD, ASUS and MSI platforms will all tend to have problem. The only platform that we have confirmed as exception: when C985 Live Gamer HD (Lite) is installed on PCI-Ex4 slot of Gigabyte X399 Aorus Gaming board the card functions properly.
