EZ Recorder 130 fails to detect my storage device, what do I do?

1. Try re-installing the storage device. It may take longer for EZ Recorder 130 to detect the storage device if there are too many files in the disk.
2. Format your storage device to NTFS file system on PC. We recommend using "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool"
