Why does RECentral 4 show black screen when trying to preview input source connected to Live Gamer Extreme 2?

Kindly note that GC551 Live Gamer Extreme 2 because is not HDCP compliant, when you connect with HDMI cable, you can not display video when receiving copy protected video of HDCP (high-bandwidth digital content protection).
