Why can’t select 4K resolution in my game console (PS4 Pro, XBox One X)?

Please note that AVerMedia Live Gamer Extreme 2 is a 4K pass-thru game capture card, to be able to select 4K resolution at your game console video output settings please make sure to connect 4K monitor/TV to Live Gamer Extreme 2 HDMI output port.
