After running GC551 LGX 2 diagnosis tool I receive result: “Unknown Intel USB 3.1 host controller”, why is that?

Please note that Intel USB 3.1 as detected by our diagnosis tool refers to USB 3.1 Gen 2.

We have verified our product on USB 3.1 Gen 1 host controller and recommend to connect Live Gamer Extreme 2 accordingly to USB 3.1 Gen 1 port. The USB 3.1 standard is actually backward compatible with USB 3.0 (i.e. USB3.0 referred to USB 3.1 gen1).
