When setting up GC573 Live Gamer 4K in XSplit won’t be able to select 60fps or higher than 100fps, why is that?

This is a known issue: in case you select output resolution value that supports higher than 60fps, XSplit won’t allow to select 60fps or higher than 100fps.

When trying to configure frame rate at XSplit device configuration settings the values will be shown as

Default FPS “61” for example resolutions 2560X1080 and 2560X1440 the available frame rate values will be given from “61” to “100”.

We recommend either to choose RECentral 4 as your main software application or contact XSplit technical support for further assistance.
